Do you have experience in an international Company? Do you have knowledge from payroll accounting but closing activities are not your hobies? Do you speaak in English and other european language like German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian or Ukrainian?
• Cooperated with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Vendor Partners and operation team
• Participates in planning and executes related transition activities, is able to identify and track and articulate process simplification & harmonization opportunities within assigned country/cluster scope
• Ensures adequate project closure and hand-over to operational support based on predefined handover procedure
• Raises any/all identified risks and proposes solutions to ensure a smooth transition of payroll service
• More than 2 years of relevant (payroll) experience within international corporations
• Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the transition for the introduction of new / changing services is a plus
• Proficiency in use of MS Office; advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Fluency in English as well as one of following languages: Italian / Spanish / Portuguese / German / Dutch / Polish / Russian / Ukrainian
