Accounts payable manager

• Maintenance of AP accounts including monthly journal entries, accruals and reconciliations for Czech and Poland Plants
• Preparation of AP reports – sorting out items; aging
• Preparation of month-end and year-end reports related to AP following statutory and USGAAP
• Monthly VAT reports submissions in accordance with government requirements
• Communication with auditors/ tax auditors in all issues related AP, contact with suppliers
• Communication with headquarter in Belgium (Leuven)
• Lead of team and coordinate the work between the 3 locations - Klasterec, Kadan and Skarbimierz (Poland) plants. Traveling to Skarbimierz at least twice a month.

• Min Bussiness Academy (economic) or university
• Min 5 years work experience (preferably within a US group) and experiences with leading of subordinates
• PC skills on advanced level - MS Office, Outlook
• Fully knowledge of computerized accounting system, preferably Oracle
• English language on communicative level – read, write, speak
• Advantage - knowledge of manufacturing company
• Good analytical and communicative skills, commercial sense, willingness to travel and to learn new things
